Ideal for pilot regulator control, control at all types of pressure, and slow speed cylinder control in the semiconductor and precision mounting fields.
[Features]
· Compact and lightweight.
· 20% decreased volume and 35% reduced mass from previous models.
· Provides compact and lightweight equipment.
· Increased equipment life.
· Three times that of previous models.
· High accuracy and responsiveness.
· A controller that displays high accuracy and responsiveness in an electronic display.
· Repeat accuracy is 0.3% F.S., analysis is 0.1% F.S., and responds in only 0.1sec (with no load).
· Operation is displayed in two colors.
· With the two-color indicator, when the pressure reaches a set value it shows green, and when it is not at the set value
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
