Linear Bushing LME Type (Part Numbers)

This linear bushing has an outer diameter formed by a highest-precision cylinder, and is used in a wide range of applications. It is part of the milli size series, which is in general use in Europe.
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
There are not the replacement items and the plan to resumption of sale. Please check the quotation and order screen for details.

Note: For linear bushings of type LME60 and below, a synthetic resin retainer is used. Do not use them at operating temperatures exceeding 80°C.
- If the operating temperature exceeds 80°C, please specify a model with a metal retainer by adding the symbol 'A' to the end of the nominal part number.
(Example) LME20G A [High Temperature Symbol]
- Heat resistant temperature for seals is 80°C when seals are included.
(Example) LME16 UU [with seals on both ends of the outer housing]
The accuracy of the inscribed circle diameter, outer diameter, and eccentricity for clearance adjustment type (-AJ) and open type (-OP) refers to the values before splitting.
Cautions and Prohibitions
- For metal retainers, the linear bushing shape shown on the right will be used.
- To avoid moment load, do not use only one linear bushing per shaft; use two or more per shaft, and ensure that the mounting distance between each bushing is as large as possible.
