■How to read 1 m unit cut part numbers

* Please note that for part numbers such as TR-4 that do not specify the cut length, orders are made in units of 50 m or 100 m according to the nominal inner diameter d.

Cautions/prohibitions
1. Usable fluids are water, air, oil, chemicals, and powder. If you are using oil, chemicals, or powder, please check the chemical resistance data on the Toyox website. Alternatively, please contact the Toyox customer service center. * Do not use it for fuel oil (heavy oil, light oil, kerosene, gasoline, etc.) or solvents.
2. Do not use it for drinking or food.
3. Depending on the usage conditions of the hose, compounding agents such as plasticizers may be extracted or eluted, so please check the usage conditions and the effect on the product before use.
4. Use the hose within the operating temperature range.
5. Use the hose within the working pressure range.
6. This hose should be used with a minimum bending radius or greater. If used below the minimum bending radius, the hose may bend, or the pressure resistance may decrease.
Depending on the conditions, the hose may be prone to abrade when powder or granules, etc., are passed through it, so please make the bend radius of the hose as large as possible.
7. When cutting the hose, cut so that the surface of the hose is vertical. If it is not vertical, leakage or disconnection, etc., may occur.
8. Do not touch or bring close to naked flames.
9. Use a hose nipple suitable for the hose size. Do not use nipples with scratches or rust on their surface.
10. Using Toyox's dedicated products for hose fittings and hose clamps is recommended. Retighten the hose clamp appropriately.
11. There is a risk of fluid leakage or hose disconnection due to distortion of the resin at the clamp tightening part. Do not over-tighten steel wires, etc., as that may cut the inner and outer surfaces of the hose and cause the hose to burst.
12. Do not use one-push metal brackets for tubes. It may cause the hose to burst.
13. Do not let the fluid come into contact with anything other than the inner surface of the hose or fitting. Fluid may permeate the hose reinforcement layer or remain in the fitting, causing the growth (adherence) of bacteria and
deterioration of the hose. Also, dust adhering to the outer surface, fragments of hose (reinforcing material), and printing ink may get mixed in.
14. Hose lifespan is greatly affected by fluid physical properties, temperature, flow velocity, and the frequency of pressurization and depressurization. If any of the following abnormalities or signs are found during pre-operation or regular inspections, stop using the product immediately,
and repair or replace with a new hose.
·Abnormalities near the metal brackets: Local stretch, curvature, leakage, blistering, and shallow insertion into the nipple
·Presence or absence of damage::: Large scratches and cracks on the outer surface, and immersion into the reinforcement layer
·Internal abnormalities::: Internal blistering and separation/abrasion *5 Peeling/abrasion (Exposure of hose reinforcements)
*If there is an abnormality on the inner or outer surface, flakes from the hose or pieces of the reinforcing material may be mixed in the fluid.
·Other significant changes (hardening, swelling, cracking, blistering, etc.)
15. Do not store outdoors or in direct sunlight. This may cause quality deterioration such as stickiness and cracks on the hose surface. Store in a well-ventilated place with low humidity. In addition, store the hose so that contaminants and dust do not enter.
16. Do not incinerate. Burning the product may damage the incinerator or produce gas harmful to the human body. Please handle it as industrial waste.
17. When disposing of the product, please follow the separate disposal procedures of each region.
