Product Overview
MISUMI economy free rollers do not have their own power source and mainly rely on conveyor belts or chains to rotate, serving to support the conveyor belt and guide product transport. They are an indispensable component of conveyor and drive systems.

Feature 1: Flexible installation, compact and lightweight; available with spring press-in, internal thread, and other installation methods to fit frames and conveyor lines. Small size, light weight, and low installation space requirements.
Feature 2: Various materials for a wide range of applications; available with carbon steel or stainless steel rollers, and can be coated with PU or PVC on the surface. You can choose different combinations based on the characteristics of the usage environment.
Feature 3: Simple structure and easy maintenance; mainly composed of the drum body, bearing housing, bearings, and main shaft, resulting in an extremely low failure rate and very convenient daily maintenance and replacement.

*When the roller surface material is selected as EA-FRJ, EA-FRJP, or EA-FRJU galvanized carbon steel, there is no C1 stainless steel shaft option.
 
Installation Instructions
Internal thread:
1. This is the most commonly used installation method for 
powered conveyors such as sprocket rollers, using bolts
at both ends to connect the roller and the frame into
a single unit.
2. Installing and removing the roller takes relatively more time.
3. The mounting holes on the frame should not be too large to
minimize the height difference of the roller after installation
(The gap is generally set to 0.5 mm; for example, for M8,
It is recommended that the frame hole diameter be ⌀8.5 mm);
 
Spring press-in type:
1. The most commonly used installation method for free
rollers. Installation and removal are very convenient and quick.
2. There needs to be a certain installation clearance
between the inner width of the frame and the roller,
There will be differences depending on the diameter, hole size,
and height. Typically, a gap of 0.5 to 1 mm is left on each side.
3. Additional tie rods should be installed between the frames to
stabilize and reinforce the structure.
4. It is not recommended to use spring-press-in or other
loose connection installation methods for sprocket rollers.
HEX11:
1. After both ends of the round shaft core are milled flat,
they are snapped into the corresponding frame slots,
Installation and removal are extremely simple.
2. Lacking upward constraint, it is mostly used as a belt conveyor idler.
Not suitable for power transmission applications such as sprockets or
poly-V belts.
