Adjusters are parts that use the properties of screws to enable height alignment in tools such as work benches and machine tools. A number of different adjuster types are available, such as the standard adjusting bolt type and mount type. Another example is the swivel-head type, which comes with an angle-adjustment feature that enables level installation of equipment on floors with non-level surfaces or the like. Adjusters are usually made of steel or stainless steel. There are types that also use various other materials such as conductive rubber or non-migrating rubber on the bottom surface to provide properties such as resistance to oil, impacts or vibrations. The proper type for the operating environment should be selected.

Adjuster for fixing anchor that is one of the most commonly used adjusters.
[Features]
· Similar to D-A, it is structured so that the catch plate and bolt are fixed by inserting the protruding part of the bolt into the catch plate and press-fitting the nut
· Equipment can be easily fixed with anchor bolts.
· This is the most common specification used when fixing equipment to the floor.
[Applications]
· Suitable for conveyors and other machines, etc., that vibrate in the upper part
· If the machine vibrates during operation, the vibration may cause a shift of the position due to long time use. It is safe to use this type

DAIWARASHI

An adjuster for anchor fixing in which the horizontal shaking of the screw shaft part is completely locked. Note: Please be advised that the model number in VONA has been changed from "D-J-E II" to "D-J-E2."

[Features]
· The structure is such that some space exists between the receiver and bolt.
· This is the result of our efforts to enable bolts to move smoothly even if the floor surface is somewhat tilted.
· It has been pointed out in the past that this may cause bolt looseness to occur when the upper portion of a conveyor vibrates, possibly resulting in significant machinery movement caused by shaking when the conveyor stops.
· It is for this reason that we came up with the D-J type, which is suitable for use when the top portion of machinery such as a conveyor vibrates and moves slightly.
· Even when a running machine is stopped, the bolts will not move and falling over will not occur.
