Adjuster Bolt（Material Details：SS400 Equivalent）

Adjusters are parts that use the properties of screws to enable height alignment in tools such as work benches and machine tools. A number of different adjuster types are available, such as the standard adjusting bolt type and mount type. Another example is the swivel-head type, which comes with an angle-adjustment feature that enables level installation of equipment on floors with non-level surfaces or the like. Adjusters are usually made of steel or stainless steel. There are types that also use various other materials such as conductive rubber or non-migrating rubber on the bottom surface to provide properties such as resistance to oil, impacts or vibrations. [Features]
· Since the rubber part is in contact with the floor, it will not damage the floor.

· The structure is such that some space exists between the receiver and bolt.
· This is the result of our efforts to enable bolts to move smoothly even if the floor surface is somewhat tilted.
· It has been pointed out in the past that this may cause bolt looseness to occur when the upper portion of a conveyor vibrates, possibly resulting in significant machinery movement caused by shaking when the conveyor stops.
· It is for this reason that we came up with the D-J type, which is suitable for use when the top portion of machinery such as a conveyor vibrates and moves slightly.
