· Drill mill collet that boasts outstanding durability and high precision: Made by a collet chuck manufacturer with over 50 years of experience and accumulated technology. The drill mill collet is made with carefully selected materials, excellent heat treatment technology and ultra-high precision finish, guaranteeing high precision and outstanding durability.
· Easy and reliable collet attachment/removal: A notch is made in the thrust ring inside the tightening nut, so tilt the collet and insert or remove through the notch part.
· After screwing the lock nut fitted with collet into the body, insert the tool into the collet and then tighten the lock nut with a wrench.
· Heavy duty grip strength: Drill mill collets adopt a check method due to the double taper, have a longer gripping length than single taper collets, and securely chuck tools.
· In addition, it uses a tightening nut that incorporates a steel pole for powerful grasping force.
