AC Outlets/Inlets（Representative Standard：CSA）

AC outlets and inlets are parts used to connect electric cables and power cables. There are various types of inlets and the mounting method differs depending on the type. For examples, there are products that are attached to the panel by screwing and products that do not require screws. Use a flange inlet when moving equipment or when you want to eliminate a power cable. There are various types of AC outlets, and an outlet conversion adapter can convert the shape of an outlet. There are various materials for various applications, and there is a product of which body is made of a thermosetting resin with excellent insulation properties like a waterproof-type cord connector body (twist lock) and cover is made of a high-grade chloroprene rubber with excellent durability. • The outer shell primarily utilizes a melamine phenol resin with excellent tracking and crack resistance.
• Features polarity indicators (e.g., X, Y, W, or G) near the terminals, helping to prevent the wrong wire from being connected.
• The terminal screws are loop-tightened to prevent falling out and are pre-loosened to help expedite the wire connection work.
• If using a crimp terminal, use an open-end-type crimp terminal that conforms to the UL standard.
• The mounting bracket is electrically connected to the grounding terminal, so any current leaked into the metallic mounting board, plate, or other parts will be grounded via the mounting bracket. (Bonding structure.)
• Structured so that the feeder blocks of the terminal boards have a separated (cut-off) structure, allowing the double outlet to be used as two separate circuits. (ME2869/ME2870)
