Diamond Feather-Edge File (Grit Size 300 Equivalent) (Part Numbers)
A diamond feather-edge file to which diamond powder, a material that is ideal for polishing, has been electrodeposited to the base material.

· The base material has been finished with a plating and rust-proofing treatment.
· Shape: feather edge.
· Grit size: #300 equivalent.
[Applications]
· Can be used on hard-to-grind materials that regular files cannot, such as cemented carbide, highly quenched steel, ceramics, etc.
· Setting saws and tipped saw blade, polishing of glass, porcelain, etc.
(i)Caution

- Do not use on stone materials, stone, concrete, etc. Please check that there are no cracks, chips, breaks or fissures in the main part of the file. Do not subject file to excessive force or shock. If grain becomes clogged, clean out any residue using a brush, etc. File surface may become brown due to rusty filing residue, but this will not affect usability. Using with water applied to the file surface will make sharpening easier, improving the finish.
