OptiMill® End Mill Trochoidal Milling, Universal (5 Flutes)
[Features]
· Supports trochoidal milling for cutting depths up to 3 x D.
· Enables high-speed / high-feed processing 2 to 3 times that of the conventional models.
· Uses a special chip breaker for optimized chip discharge.
· We recommend using with the dedicated software to maximize the full potential of this end mill.
[Applications]
· Work materials: Carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, stainless steel, nonferrous metal.
[Material]
· Ultrafine particle cemented carbide (Micro Grain Carbide)
