A high quality shackle subjected to magnetic particle flaw detection and full surface quenching for 5-times the safety.
[Features]
· The main body and pins are made of special steel, refined after being molded though hot forging.
· Developed through collaborative research with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
· Weight is approximately 1/2 that of the JIS shackle M class.
· Usage, maintenance and inspections, and disposal criteria have been established from the viewpoint of long-term safety.
· A rational design that can support any environment and usage situation.
· Excellent compatibility with chain slings.
