UL Class2出力とは？
「電圧・電流・電力が感電や火災が起こらないレベルに制限されている安全な出力を持つ電源あるいは電源関連商品」であることを意味する言葉（区分）であり、UL1310により評価されます。
UL Class2出力は電圧・電流・電力が以下の通り規定されています。
- 出力電圧 … DC30V以下
- 出力電流 … 8A以下
- 出力電力 … 100VA以下
このUL Class2出力に接続される負荷・部品はUL認証を取得していない場合でもご使用いただけます。
S8V-CP0424S（UL Class2出力タイプ）とは？
このUL Class2出力の条件を満足させるために定格出力電流を3.8Aに固定しております。
- 出力電圧
24V → DC30V以下を満足 - 出力電流
3.8A → 8A以下を満足 - 出力電力
24V＊3.8A = 91.2VA → 100VA以下を満足
装置の安全規格申請の工数・費用を削減
S8V-CP0424SはUL Class2出力の認証を取得していますので、この出力に接続される回路のUL評価が不要となり、UL認証取得のための工数や費用削減に貢献します。また接続される負荷・部品はUL認証を取得していない場合でもご使用いただけます。さらに制御盤内では配線材もUL認証品以外のものも使用可能となるため、部品の選定し易さやコストダウンに貢献します。
