· Cosmetic cover for a bell mouth to be used on a handhole, etc. Designed to hide the caulking part to allow for caulking work to be finished quickly.
· Can also be used as a cosmetic cover for a penetrated pipe. (With a through knockout)
· With a hook convenient for temporarily securing a pilot wire on an underground pipe, installing a Color F cable label, etc.
· Useful when using an underground pipe as an alternative to a void pipe or temporary frame bushing.
