When using this sensor controller, the minimum resolution will be 0.25 µm regardless of the connected sensor head or configuration settings.
*1. When an extension fiber cable of 2 m or longer is connected to the ZW-8000 Series, 10 m or longer to the ZW-7000 Series, or 5 m or longer to the ZW-5000 Series, the setting range for the measurement cycle (exposure time)
