3-Port Solenoid Valve 5-Port Solenoid Valve Manifold Mixed Mountable Type (SY325R-5MOD-01)

[Features]
・ A 3-port valve that can be mixed and mounted on a 5-port valve manifold
・ Brackets and sub-plates are the same as the 5-port SY3000/5000 Series
・ It can be attached to all manifolds of the SY3000/5000 Series

[10-Series, Clean Series]
・It is suitable for clean environment
・It prevents dust generation in the cleanroom
