SMC Micro Mist Separator.

· Can separate and remove oil particles in an aerosol state as well as any fine contaminants of 0.01 μm or more such as carbon and dust.
· Use as a pre-filter for compressed air for use in clean rooms or precision instruments that require air with a high degree of cleanliness.
