S Coupler KK Series, Plug (P) Bulkhead Type With One-Touch Fitting
Bulkhead type S coupler one-touch joint with one-touch fitting.
[Features]
・ The pulling strength of plug and socket improved by twice (Conventional ratio)
・ Effective cross-sectional area: 3.8 to 82 mm2
・ It is standardized with sleeve cover. Furthermore, the impact resistance is improved by changing the lock ring to impact resistant PBT
・ Since the structure does not use steel balls, it has a slim body without narrowing the flow path and has a large effective cross-sectional area
・ Structure with no spring installed in the flow path
・ Since the flow path is not blocked by the valve spring, the loss of effective cross-sectional area can be reduced
・ Check valve tip shape considering rectification effect
・ It enables smooth flow of fluid
・ Structure with little leakage
・ Surface contact ensures reliable sealing
・ It achieves a thorough weight reduction by adopting pressed parts and resin parts as well as downsizing the body
・ It standardizes quick-connect fitting type
・ It can be flown from either the plug side or the socket side
・ Sleeve lock mechanism prevents accidents due to unexpected detachment
