Neodymium Cap Ring Type【1-3 Pieces Per Package】 (CNE06)

Neodymium Cap Ring Type CNE06

By mounting a steel cap, the magnetic force is concentrated on one side, resulting in a magnet with stronger holding power than a standalone neodymium magnet.
[Features]
· The magnetic force is approximately 3 to 4 times stronger than that of ferrite cap magnets.
· Because only the surface other than the contact area is made of a yoke (iron material), it offers excellent impact resistance.
· Since it only attracts on the magnet surface and the magnetic field lines do not extend far, it is necessary to consider the distance to the object being attracted.
· There is a possibility that the object being attracted may be scratched during attachment or removal, but applying a protective film to the contact surface can help reduce scratches.
· Because the magnet is in close contact with the yaw (iron material), it is not suitable for further processing.
[Applications]
· for tool parts.
· for adsorption.

Product Specification

Cap magnet is a product that effectively utilizes magnetic energy.
It only attracts on the magnet surface, and by concentrating the magnetic force on one side at the tip of the cap, it achieves several times the holding power compared to a single magnet (same type and size).

Because the magnetic field lines are concentrated between the upward-facing magnet surface in the left diagram and the outer iron part, the holding force becomes 3 to 4 times greater than that of a single magnet when in contact with a yoke (iron material). However, since the magnetic field lines do not extend far, care must be taken to avoid leaving a gap between the magnet and the object to be attracted.
Because the yoke (iron material) is attracted, the object being attracted may be scratched during attachment or removal, but applying a protective film to the contact surface can help reduce scratches.

Usage Example

You can use a flat head bolt for mounting or fixing to another component.

Product Feature Details

All set product countersunk bolts are made of stainless steel and can be used without being affected by magnetic force. Additionally, since they have a hex socket head, a hex bar wrench or similar tool that fits the width across the flats of the hex socket is required.

Cautions and Prohibitions

  • There is a risk of injury, such as fingers getting pinched, if the magnet adheres to each other, tools, or iron pieces.
  • If the magnets are accidentally attracted, fix one magnet and move the other to the side. This method makes it relatively easy to remove.
At this time, if tools are used, the magnet may be cracked or chipped.
  • Magnets are generally fragile, and neodymium magnets tend to corrode from the damaged surface.
Also, there is a risk of injury from these fragments.
  • Keep magnets out of reach of children. If you accidentally swallow a magnet, contact your doctor immediately.
  • People with metal allergies may experience itching or redness if they come into contact with magnets.
If you experience any of these symptoms, do not touch the magnet.
  • If the magnet comes into direct contact with water, its components may leach out. Never drink this water.
  • Bringing a magnet close to a credit card, cash card, etc., may render it unusable.
  • Bringing magnets close to precision equipment such as computers, smartphones, watches, etc., may cause malfunction.
  • Placing a magnet close to an electronic medical device such as a cardiac pacemaker may impair its normal operation.
  • Demagnetization may occur if the magnet is used outside the operating temperature range.
  • Applying a strong impact to the magnet or processing it may demagnetize it.
  • Excessive bending of rubber magnets with a thickness of 2 mm or more may cause cracks.
