· This is a general slide unit that uses an aluminum housing.
· Since the NB slide bushing uses a round shaft as a guide, space can be used efficiently, making it suitable for compact mechanism designs.
· NB Slide Bushings are available in a wide variety of shapes, including standard type, clearance adjustment type, open type, and flange type, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
· NB Slide Bushings are available in standard and corrosion-resistant specifications. In addition, retainers are standardized in both steel, which is highly resistant to harsh conditions, and resin, which offers low noise and cost-effectiveness, allowing you to select the optimal combination according to your usage conditions.
· NB slide bushings offer complete compatibility and can be used interchangeably with shafts in random combinations.
· While maintaining the current single lip's dust resistance against contaminants and debris, grease leakage can be reduced.
· The raceway surface is finished smoothly with precision grinding, and because the contact area between the ball and the raceway surface is small, lower friction is achieved compared to other linear motion mechanisms.
· In the block series, you can select the block shape according to the mounting by incorporating the slide bushing into the housing.
· Precisely processed blocks contribute to higher accuracy in machines and equipment, while commercial units help reduce costs and shorten design time.
