1-MPa Switch Bellows, 90° Opening/Closing Switch Type, Stainless Steel (Part Numbers)
The switch bellows valve (90 degree open/close switch type) is a disc stop valve for ultra-high purity fluids and flammable and toxic fluid lines in various semiconductor manufacturing equipment, facilities, etc.
