Super flexible fluorine hose (reinforced yarn type)
Laminated fluororesin hose that solves the problem of fluororesin tubes being hard and prone to breakage.
[Features]
·The inner layer is made of tetrafluoride fluororesin (ETFE type), so it is resistant to most chemicals.
·The laminated structure offers superior flexibility compared to commercially available single-layer fluorine tubing, for improved work efficiency.
·More resistant to breakage than commercially available single-layer fluorine tubing and with a shape that can be somewhat restored even once broken.
·The fluorine resin in the inner layer is water-repellent and non-adhesive, so there is little residual fluid and excellent washability.

- Chemical resistance: The inner layer is made of tetrafluoride fluororesin (ETFE type), so it is resistant to most chemicals.
- Flexibility: The laminated structure offers superior flexibility compared to commercially available single-layer fluorine tubing, for improved workability.
- Hard to break: Compared to commercially available single-layer fluorine tubing, it is less likely to break, and even if broken, it can be restored to some extent.
- Non-adhesiveness: The fluoropolymer in the inner layer is water-repellent and non-adhesive, so there is little residual fluid and excellent washability.
- Abrasion resistance: The fluoropolymer in the inner layer has excellent abrasion resistance and is resistant to slurry-like chemicals.
- Plasticizer-free: Uses a non-oil material that does not contain any plasticizer, which is a cause of elution substances.
- Less elution and low odor: It is suitable for food, beverages, and cosmetics because it contains very little resinous odor and eluted substances.
- High purity: The fluoropolymer inner layer does not contain additives such as plasticizers, making it suitable for high-purity chemical piping.
- Easy cut: The length is printed on the hose at 1 m intervals, making it easy to cut.
- Transparency: Transparent color that makes it easy to see how well the inner surface of the hose has been cleaned.
- Dedicated fitting: Combining with dedicated fittings prevents accidents caused by incorrect selection of hoses and fittings.
- Food hygiene: Compliant with the Food Sanitation Act of Japan and standards for foods and additives (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan Public Notification No.370 of 1959).
