· A plastic screw with excellent tensile and bending strength.
· Excellent fatigue resistance, creep properties, electric insulation, corrosion resistance, and thermal insulation.
· Also has no magnetic properties and is lightweight (approx. 1/5 the weight of steel).
· For electronic equipment like computers that require electrical insulation and non-magnetic properties.
· For heat insulation and condensation prevention applications such as in freezers and refrigerators.
· For corrosion and chemical proof applications such as in marine equipment and plated equipment.
· For applications where weight reduction is necessary, such as with automobiles, aircraft, and space equipment.
· Heat resistance temperature: 105 °C (UL standard 94: HB).
