A quick-connect fitting that enables easy attachment and removal of tubes despite its ultra-compact size.

· An ultra-compact quick-connect fitting for general pneumatic piping.
· Now 40% smaller by volume compared to standard type.
· The release ring adopts an oval shape.
· Expanded its lineup to provide ⌀1.8 (1.8 mm diameter) and ⌀2 (2 mm diameter) sizes. · 16 types of shapes available.
[Applications]
· Quick connect fittings for ultra-fine tubing piping are available.

1. How to attach/detach the tube

(1) Attaching the tube

The tube fitting (quick connect fitting) has a lock claw that secures the tube by simply inserting it to the tube stop, and an elastic sleeve that seals the circumference of the tube.

(2) Removing the tube

To remove the tube, push the release ring to open the lock claws and pull out the tube.
Be sure to stop the air before removing.

2. Screw Tightening Method

(1) Tightening the screws

There are two types of screw tightening: one that tightens the hexagonal outer diameter with a wrench or impact wrench, and one that tightens the hexagonal inner diameter with a hex key (allowing a smaller space between fittings).

Since its initial release, the Mini has featured a release ring with an easy-to-press oval shape.
The standard uses a circular release ring, while the mini uses an oval-shaped release ring. Optimized for operability.

Quick connect fitting available for ultra-fine diameter tube piping.
The ⌀1.8 (1.8 mm diameter) and ⌀2 mm (2 mm diameter) sizes are ideal for piping to compact actuators, etc.
