■How to read 1 m unit cut part numbers

Cautions/prohibitions
Lock Hose
1. The hose is dedicated to air for fluid used. Do not use it for any other purpose.
* Do not use it for fuel oil (heavy oil, light oil, kerosene, gasoline, etc.) or solvents.
2. Do not use it for drinking or food.
3. Hoses are subject to extraction and elution of compounding agents such as *2plasticizers depending on the usage conditions, so please check the usage conditions and effects on the product before use.
4. Use the hose within the operating temperature range.
5. Use the hose within the operating pressure range.
6. Hose *3 Please use it with a minimum bending radius or more. Use of the hose with less than the minimum bending radius will result in the hose bending and reduced pressure-resistant.
7. Do not directly touch or approach open flames.
8. When cutting the hose, make sure to cut it so that the end face is vertical. If it is not vertical, leakage or disconnection may occur.
9. Use a hose nipple suitable for the hose size. Do not use nipples with scratches or rust on their surface.
10. Please use dedicated products made by TOYOX for hose couplings, hose clamps, and hose menders. Failure to use dedicated products made by TOYOX may result in air leakage or
fittings coming loose. Retighten the hose clamp as needed.
Distortion of the resin in the clamp-tightening area may cause air leakage or hose disconnection. Do not over-tighten the hose with steel wire, etc., as it may cut the inside and outside surfaces of the hose and
cause the hose to burst.
* The horse mender is for emergency use only and should not be used for long periods of time. Do not use menders for rubber hoses.
11. Be careful not to drop heavy objects near the hose or fittings.
12. Do not use one-push metal brackets for tubes. It may cause the hose to burst.
13. Hose lifespan is greatly affected by fluid properties, temperature, flow velocity, and frequency of pressurization and depressurization.
If any of the following abnormalities or signs of abnormalities are found during pre-startup or periodic inspections, stop using the product immediately and have it repaired or replaced with a new hose.
- Abnormality near the metal fittings:: Local stretching, curving, leakage, swelling, shallow insertion into the nipple
○ Presence of damage:::: Large scratches and cracks on the outer surface, and immersion into the reinforcement layer
○ Internal abnormality:::: Internal surface blistering and *5peeling, abrasion (exposure of hose reinforcements)
(*) In the case of abnormalities on the inner and outer surfaces, there is a risk of hose exfoliated objects and pieces of reinforcement material being mixed in with the fluid.
·Other significant changes (hardening, *6swelling, cracking, blistering, etc.)
14. Do not store it outdoors or in direct sunlight. This may cause quality deterioration such as stickiness and cracks on the hose surface.
Store in a well-ventilated place with low humidity. Do not allow contaminants or dust to enter the hose.
15. Do not incinerate it. Please handle it as industrial waste, as it may damage incinerators and emit gases harmful to the human body during combustion.
16. When disposing of the product, please follow the separate disposal procedures for each region.
