Motor Driven Roller Diameter 60 mm

Product Overview
MISUMI economy electric roller is a new generation of electric roller with an integrated design that includes a DC brushless motor, gearbox, and electronic control system.
Feature 1: High efficiency and energy saving. The integrated design uses a high-quality brushless motor and a premium gearbox, resulting in significantly higher efficiency than standard external motor configurations.
Feature 2: Flexible application. Covers standard straight-through type, Poly-V belt drive, and double sprocket drive. The motor output shaft has also been optimally designed. With 9 gear reduction ratios and roller surface lengths selectable in 1 mm increments from 350 to 1600 mm, it can meet a wide range of application scenarios.
Feature 3: Low noise. Most competing products in the industry are below 55 dB, while the electric roller can achieve noise levels below 50 dB.
Feature 4: Universal design. Shares the same platform as the 50 mm diameter roller and can use the same drive control card.

When the power drive configuration is D4, only 48 V DC is available as the rated voltage.
Only transmission type Z1 supports the combination of output-side mounting type T3 and non-output-side mounting type K6.
The selection of the transmission ratio mainly depends on the working load. Please refer to the drive load in the table below for reference.

Question: The roller gets very hot during operation and feels too hot to touch. Is this normal?
Answer: Not completely normal. Electric rollers have a built-in motor, so some temperature rise during operation is normal (usually between 40℃ and 60℃). However, if it is too hot to touch, it is usually due to overloading or the selected power being too low. In addition, if the drum starts frequently (more than 6 times per minute), the heat cannot dissipate and this can also cause overheating. Question: Why does the roller make abnormal noises or squeaking sounds when rotating?

First, check whether the mounting bolts are tightened and whether there are any obstructions or debris along the roller's operating path.
Question: Why does the roller slip during operation?
