Product Overview
The 800 flat grid modular belt is a heavy-duty modular plastic conveyor belt with a pitch of 50.8 mm. It is commonly used in conveying applications such as corrugated boxes, automotive and tire manufacturing, and heavy-duty food processing.
With an open area of approximately 18%, it offers excellent drainage and heat dissipation.

Question: What should I do if there are severe scratches or peeling on the surface of the mesh belt?
Answer: Check whether the conveyed items have sharp bases, or if there are any foreign hard objects stuck in the slide rails or baffles. Since the surface of the 800 type is a fully enclosed flat plate, any friction or interference will make scratches very noticeable. It is recommended to regularly clean foreign objects from the slide rails and check the flatness of the support strips.
Question: Has the noise suddenly increased and been accompanied by vibration during operation?
Answer: Pay special attention to sprocket engagement. The 800 series has a relatively large pitch (50.8 mm). If the tension is too low, causing the mesh belt to sway on the return side, or if the sprockets are not installed in sync (keyways not aligned), the polygon effect will be intensified, resulting in rhythmic vibration and noise.
Question: Why do the mesh belt pins become bent or deformed?
Answer: This is usually caused by overloading or uneven local force. The 800 series is commonly used for transporting heavy pallets or entire stacks of goods. If the goods are placed off-center for an extended period, it can cause the pin shafts to bear concentrated force and bend. Make sure the goods are centered, and select pin shaft materials with higher strength according to the load (such as cold-drawn stainless steel or reinforced nylon).
