Communication mode C0 (485 communication) only supports the magnetic encoder drive method.
Drive power configuration D0 (Hall 120W) only supports 48 V DC voltage.
Features of drive control cards with power up to and including 120W:
 (1) The magnetic encoder drive control card does not have an integrated drive unit; the drive unit is integrated inside the corresponding magnetic encoder electric roller.V
 (2) The Hall drive control card has an integrated drive unit. It is recommended that the cable length between the card and the roller does not exceed 5 meters to avoid affecting signal transmission.

For actual use with multiple rollers, it is recommended to choose a high-power power supply and avoid using a single power supply whenever possible. For example, when using 35 W motorized rollers,
a 450 W power supply can support 9 to 11 motorized rollers (with staggered roller startup). You can calculate the required power as 1.2 to 1.5 times the total power of the motorized rollers.

Frequently asked question (FAQ)

Question: The specification table information is not comprehensive enough. Where can I find complete selection parameter data?
Answer: Due to limited webpage space and to avoid a cramped layout, a complete parameter manual has been prepared for easy reference. It can be downloaded directly from the <Basic Information> section.
Question: What is the difference between magnetic encoders and Hall sensors, and how should I choose?
Answer: Hall sensors are only used for motor commutation. They tend to cause vibration at low speeds, have poor speed accuracy, and do not provide precise positioning. They are suitable for general conveying, simple start/stop operations, and low-budget applications.
Magnetic encoders are suitable for high-precision speed and position closed-loop control. They are ideal for applications requiring precise speed adjustment, smooth low-speed operation, positioning, frequent start/stop, or harsh environments.
Question: What are the differences in usage between the "one-to-two", "one-to-four", and basic "one-to-one" drive configurations?
Answer: One-to-one: Each roller is independently controlled, allowing for individual speed adjustment and start/stop. Each has independent protection, so faults do not affect each other, and it offers strong load adaptability.
One-to-two / one-to-four: Multiple rollers operate synchronously at the same speed and are controlled together; they share protection, so if one unit fails, the entire group stops. Heavy loads may be limited.
If you need independent operation, heavy load capacity, prevention of large-scale shutdowns, and high stability, choose "one-to-one";
if you need synchronized conveying, light load, cost savings, and simplified wiring, choose "one-to-two" or "one-to-four".
