Product overview
Economical conveyor with a reasonable structure design, enabling localized production. Multiple types of models are available to meet customers' design requirements for different usage scenarios, providing better selection options.
E-DLFJT: Single row timing belt type for carriers, using a timing belt with installed metal dummy teeth to lock the carrier. When paired with a control system, it can achieve functions such as intermittent cyclic feeding; a secondary positioning device can also be added to meet positioning operation needs. The single row timing belt conveyor for carriers, used in conjunction with other devices to complete loading and unloading, packaging, labeling, dispensing, assembly, and other functions, has been widely applied in the 3C, electronic, and new energy industries.
Product feature
Feature 1: Uses a timing belt equipped with metal dummy teeth, which can lock the carrier/tooling fixture/fixture used to load products.
Feature 2: Maintenance and replacement of the timing belt with metal dummy teeth is convenient, and replacing customized carriers is also easy.
Feature 3: Stable operation, with minimal deviation even during long-term operation. (When following the specified transportation direction)
Feature 4: When paired with a control system, intermittent cycle feeding and other functions can be achieved; a secondary positioning device can also be added to meet positioning operation requirements.

Motor specification: 86 stepper motor*

Uses a white urethane AT10 timing belt with 50 mm belt width, paired with a metal dummy tooth timing belt.
Due to issues with the structure strength and body deformation of the model, it is recommended that the carrier + product load and speed do not exceed MISUMI's design requirement standards.
The conveyor L length must meet the following condition: 400 mm < L = (P*N-240)/2 ≤ 3000 mm.
*Differences in power and reduction ratio only affect the dimensions of the motor and reducer. For A/A1/A2/A3 dimensions, please refer to the table below. The external dimensions of the other components remain the same.

If you need to use your own motor, driver, and gear head, you can choose the version without motor, without driver, and without gear head.

When selecting a servo motor, the motor and drive are supplied by default with a single-phase 220 V power supply. In practical applications, the motor rated speed of 3000 r/min is used as the standard for linear speed calculation. During use, programming control can be performed via the host computer as needed.

Precaution
(1) When installing onto equipment, ensure the flatness of the aluminum profile is maintained.
(2) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor on your own to avoid poor performance; stamping, press-fitting, and eccentric load usage are strictly prohibited, as they will affect operational performance and service life.
(3) Due to differences in the operating environment of the conveyor, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cable, or switch.
(4) In application, due to issues with the structural strength of the model and the amount of deformation of the body, do not exceed the allowable load or length and width when selecting a model.
(5) Even when the motor is operating in a normal state, its surface temperature may sometimes exceed 70℃. Please exercise caution to avoid burns.
(6) Please use within the load range. The load includes the total weight of the carrier and the product being transported.
(7) Due to the weight of the timing belt itself and the carrier, the lower timing belt of the conveyor will naturally sag. The degree of sag depends on the weight of the carrier and the length of the timing belt.
(8) MISUMI conveyors are adjusted at the factory according to the specified conveying direction. If the actual conveying direction is opposite to the specified direction, normal operation cannot be guaranteed.
(If the conveying direction is not specified, adjustment will be made according to the default conveying direction as shown below.)
