Product overview
Economical conveyor with a reasonable structure design, enabling localized production. Multiple types of models are available to meet customers' design requirements for different usage scenarios, providing better selection options.
E-DCGZL: Roller chain type, heavy load type. The chain used is equipped with nylon rollers on one side, offering high activity and high abrasion resistance. Suitable for pallet-type accumulation conveying. The recessed retaining edge design prevents pallets from slipping off.

The rollers in the roller chain are made of nylon material, and the maximum load for each roller is 5 kg.
 The actual load depends on the roller quantity of nylon rollers in contact.
When L ≤ 700, there is no countersunk hole at position F, and four nuts are pre-installed on one side inside the aluminum profile groove;
 When L>700, a countersunk hole is reserved by default at position F for nut insertion, so no additional processing is required.
The support beams can move in the L length direction: L<1000, 2 pcs; L1000 to 1800, 3 pcs; L1805 to 2600, 4 pcs; L2605 to 3400, 5 pcs; L>3400, 6 pcs.
*Differences in power only affect the motor size. For the A dimension, please refer to the table below. The external dimensions of the other parts remain the same.

When selecting without motor and without gear head, the motor installation hole pitch will vary depending on the motor output power.
If stepper or servo motor automatic control is required, you can select the version without motor and without gear head.
When selecting without motor and without gear head, the main unit will be delivered as parts. Please assemble by the customer according to the assembly procedure instruction manual included in the same package.
When selecting the INV inverter motor, the inverter is delivered together as an accessory.

MISUMI belt conveyor load capacity
Test motor: JSCC (J) timing pulley transmission ratio 1:1. Chain width: 2x10 mm, roller center distance: L=3000 mm
The chart shows the transport capacity under horizontal condition.
The transport capacity will vary depending on the operating condition.
When selecting a speed regulation motor, the transport capacity does not increase as the speed decreases.

Precaution
(1) When installing onto equipment, ensure the flatness of the aluminum profile is maintained.
(2) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid causing performance defects.
(3) Due to differences in the operating environment of the conveyor, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cable, or switch.
(4) In application, due to issues with the structural strength of the model and the amount of deformation of the body, do not exceed the allowable load or length and width when selecting a model.
(5) Even when the motor is operating in a normal state, its surface temperature may sometimes exceed 70℃. Please exercise caution to avoid burns.
(6) Friction between the roller chain and the aluminum profile can easily generate high noise (over 60 dB) in high speed applications; active roller chains are treated with additional grease, and during long-term operation, liquid grease contamination may occur.
(7) MISUMI conveyors are adjusted at the factory according to the specified conveying direction. If the actual conveying direction is opposite to the specified direction, normal operation cannot be guaranteed.
(If the conveying direction is not specified, the default adjustment will be made according to the standard conveying direction as shown below.)
