Economical conveyor with a reasonable structure design, enabling localized production. Multiple types of models are available to meet customers' design requirements for different usage scenarios, providing better selection options.
E-CVSPC: Single-row plastic chain type, easy maintenance, and causes minimal product damage; medium load type, suitable for special environments, featuring antistatic, corrosion resistance, and non-magnetic characteristics, ideal for conveying small category products.

Motor specification: 40W*

The plastic chain and sprocket are 40 series.
When L ≥ 1000, one belt support roller is included; when L ≥ 2000, two belt support rollers are included.
When L ≤ 700, there is no countersunk hole at position F, and four nuts are pre-installed on one side inside the aluminum profile groove;
 when L > 700, a countersunk hole for nut insertion is reserved by default at position F, so no additional machining is required.
When selecting a speed control motor, the speed controller is supplied as an accessory, is not installed on the main unit, and does not include a mounting bracket.
 If a bracket for the speed controller is required, please use additional machining (SCB).
*Differences in power only affect the motor size. For the A dimension, please refer to the table below; the external dimensions of the other components remain the same.

When selecting without motor and without gear head, the motor installation hole pitch will vary depending on the motor output power.
If stepper or servo motor automatic control is required, you can select the version without motor and without gear head.
When selecting without motor and without gear head, the main unit will be delivered as parts. Please assemble by the customer according to the assembly procedure instruction manual included in the same package.
When selecting the INV inverter motor, the inverter is delivered together as an accessory.

MISUMI belt conveyor load capacity
Test motor: JSCC (J) timing pulley transmission ratio 1:1. Chain width: 20 mm, roller center distance: L = 3000 mm
The chart shows the transport capacity under horizontal conditions.
The transport capacity will vary depending on the operating condition.
When selecting a speed regulation motor, the transport capacity does not increase as the speed decreases.

Precaution
(1) When installing onto equipment, ensure the flatness of the aluminum profile is maintained.
(2) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid causing performance defects.
(3) Due to differences in the operating environment of the conveyor, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cable, or switch.
(4) In application, due to issues with the structural strength of the model and the amount of deformation of the body, do not exceed the allowable load or length and width when selecting a model.
(5) Even when the motor is operating in a normal state, its surface temperature may sometimes exceed 70℃. Please exercise caution to avoid burns.
(6) When the plastic chain material rubs against the aluminum profile at high speed, it can easily generate high noise levels (over 60 dB). If noise reduction is required and the operating condition allows, lubricant can be applied to the contact surface for treatment.
(7) MISUMI conveyors are adjusted at the factory according to the specified conveying direction. If the actual conveying direction is opposite to the specified direction, normal operation cannot be guaranteed.
(If the conveying direction is not specified, the default adjustment will be made according to the standard conveying direction as shown below.)
