Product overview
Economical conveyor with a reasonable structure design, enabling localized production. Multiple types of models are available to meet customers' design requirements for different usage scenarios, providing better selection options.
E-CVGTN: Double-row timing belt conveyor, utilizing a motor + timing belt driven method to achieve synchronous rotation of two timing belts. Suitable for conveyor pallet transfer and integration into equipment.
Product feature
Feature 1: Simplifies the belt replacement step, improving maintenance.
Feature 2: The conveyor body uses an aluminum profile, achieving an overall lightweight design.
Feature 3: The center distance of the timing belt can be specified in 5 mm units, and the pitch between pulleys can also be specified in 5 mm units.
Feature 4: Double-row narrow-width tooth profile belt, suitable for conveyance of jig pallet products, supports precise positioning conveyance.

Support assembly notes:
When L < 1000, there are two sets of support assemblies in total.
When L is 1000 to 1500, there are three sets of support assemblies in total.
When L > 1500, there are four sets of support assemblies in total.
When L ≤ 700, there is no countersunk hole at position F, and four nuts are pre-installed on one side inside the aluminum profile groove.
When L > 700, a countersunk hole for nut insertion is reserved by default at position F, and no additional machining is required.
When selecting a speed control motor, the speed controller will not be installed on the main unit, and no mounting bracket is included.
If a bracket for the speed controller is required, please use additional machining (SCB).
*Differences in power only affect the motor size. For the A dimension, please refer to the table below; the external dimensions of the other components remain the same.

When selecting a servo motor, the motor and driver are supplied with a default power supply voltage of single-phase 220 V. In conveyor applications, the motor rated speed of 3000 r/min is used as the standard for linear speed calculation. During operation, control can be customized through host computer programming.

When selecting without motor and without gear head, the motor installation hole pitch will vary depending on the motor output power.
When selecting without motor and without gear head, the main unit will be delivered as parts. Please assemble by the customer according to the assembly procedure instruction manual included in the same package.

Precaution
(1) When installing onto equipment, ensure the flatness of the aluminum profile is maintained.
(2) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid causing performance defects.
(3) Due to differences in the operating environment of the conveyor, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cable, or switch.
(4) In application, due to issues with the structural strength of the model and the amount of deformation of the body, do not exceed the allowable load or length and width when selecting a model.
(5) Even when the motor is operating in a normal state, its surface temperature may sometimes exceed 70℃. Please exercise caution to avoid burns.
(6) If operated in the opposite direction of the standard running direction, phenomena such as belt deviation, belt breakage, noise, jamming, and other abnormalities may occur. Please avoid such use. (The standard transport direction is shown in the figure below)

Frequently asked question (FAQ)

Question: Can the conveyor's operating direction be set to reverse?
Answer: The current conveyor does not support reverse operation. If reverse operation is required, please contact customer service for customization.
Question: Conveyor belt deviation is a product characteristic. How can the frequency of deviation be reduced?
Answer: The main methods to prevent conveyor belt deviation are arc-shaped rollers and belts with guide strips. Curved rollers are suitable for lengths up to 2000 mm; belts with guide strips are suitable for long distances over 2000 mm.
Question: If the existing standard models cannot meet your requirements and you need to modify the model but are concerned about debugging issues, do you have any good suggestions?
Answer: For this situation, please contact customer service for customization to meet your individual needs.
Question: If I need a stepper motor or a servo motor, can you provide them?
Answer: You can select a conveyor model without a motor or speed controller and purchase a motor separately for assembly.
