Product overview
By sintering urethane onto the outer circumference of the core material, a urethane molded bearing roller with high bonding strength is formed, making it a roller suitable for transporting and sliding various workpieces.
Product feature
Feature 1: The polyurethane layer is directly sintered onto the outer circumference of the core material, making it resistant to fall-off.
Feature 2: Urethane, with its excellent mechanical strength, is widely used to prevent scratches and cracks in fragile items such as glass and acrylic during tight transportation.
Feature 3: Urethane does not easily transmit vibration or sound.
Feature 4: Urethane has a low dust emission property. In addition, since it does not contain carbon, it is a material that is not likely to cause color transfer. (*Natural color only)
Feature 5: Rubber is effective in preventing scratches and cracks on workpieces during fastening; it also provides excellent buffer and vibration damping for impact parts, and is effective in vibration prevention.

Precaution
(1) The polyurethane bonded to the bearing may become detached under harsh operating conditions. If higher polyurethane adhesion is required, please select the sintered polyurethane roller.
(2) Please refer to the actual product for material color. Polyurethane will yellow over time, but its properties will not change.
(3) Regarding the discoloration of urethane
  Urethane may darken in color by absorbing ultraviolet rays or light, a phenomenon known as yellowing. However, this does not affect its physical property. Please understand this when using the product.

(4) Urethane hydrolysis characteristics
If urethane is used for an extended period in environments containing moisture or humidity, hydrolysis will occur and cause deterioration.
In regions with high humidity, it is recommended to manage the temperature and humidity of the warehouse and operating environment to extend the product's service life.

 · Irreversible scratches will remain if pressed lightly with a fingernail
 · Polyurethane hardness decreases
 · Polyurethane cracks and easily disintegrates into powder

(6) Urethane dimension change
The dimensions of urethane will change with the surrounding temperature, but the amount of change is small, and it will return to its original size after being left at room temperature for several hours.
