Product overview

Domestic universal European standard profile with groove width of 10 mm and side length of 45x90 aluminum profile.
Aluminum profile for assembly lines is a structural material that takes advantage of the excellent workability of aluminum alloy, using molds to extrude cylindrical aluminum ingots into shape.
Widely used in assembly line workbenches, FA automation equipment frames, covers, display columns, carts, and other applications.
Suitable for medium equipment covers, cabinets, display columns, and other structures.

Product feature

1. Complies with the GB industrial aluminum profile standard, with 8 to 10μ clear anodized surface for scratch resistance.
2. A protective film is applied to the profile surface to prevent bumps and friction during transportation.
3. Free cutting to any specified length in 0.5 mm units within the range of 50 mm to 4000 mm.
4. Supports various alterations such as drilling and bevel cutting.
5. The European standard economy series profile product has a different profile cross-section shape compared to MISUMI's existing products. The specification comparison is as follows:

With 4590 series profiles, you can easily and simply assemble modules such as large frames, covers, and racks for automation equipment.

Precaution

1. The profile surface is covered with a protective film. Due to adhesion from the glue, a small amount of aluminum debris may remain. This is not a quality problem, and all aluminum debris will be removed once the protective film is taken off.
2. European standard aluminum alloy profiles and MISUMI's existing Japanese material aluminum profile accessories are not compatible. It is recommended to use the economical European standard accessories starting with 'L':

Question: Can aluminum alloy profiles be cut to a specified length? What is the cutting precision?: Answer: Any length between 50 and 6000(mm) can be specified (Can be specified down to 0.5mm increments) for cutting, and the cutting tolerance is within ±0.5mm.
Question: What is the difference between the pre-mounted nut and post-mounted nut?: Answer: To install the nut first, you need to install it from the end of the profile first, and then fix it with an external screw. The post-mounted nut can be placed in the profile groove from the groove surface and fixed in conjunction with other accessories. Suitable for use when adding accessories to the profile.
