Are there any precautions to keep in mind when using the linear motor actuator?

* No Brake System: Because there is no brake, it is dangerous to be within the motor's operating range. It cannot be mounted vertically (Z-axis) or on an inclined surface.
Strong Magnetic Field: The stator contains powerful magnets. Bringing magnetic materials close to it carries a risk of causing abnormal operation or damage to the linear motor actuator.
Lubrication Maintenance: Regular grease injection onto the rail is required. If the grease dries up, it will negatively affect the operation.

How many drivers are required for a linear motor driver?
You need 1 driver, 1 power extension cable, and 1 encoder extension cable per block (mover).
Is it possible to control multiple blocks with a single driver?
No, only one block (mover) can be controlled per driver.
What is the wattage class of the drivers being used?
Up to the E-RAM12 series, it is 400W. From the E-RAM14 series and above, it is 1000W class.
Is the Panasonic pulse-type driver compatible with a Mitsubishi PLC?
Compatibility is possible if you use the Mitsubishi PLC motion card as a general-purpose pulse type. However, the parameters that can be checked from the upper-level PLC will be limited.
Is it compatible with Siemens PLCs?
Since PLC compatibility must be verified with the specific driver, you need to check which driver manufacturer and model are being used. Generally, compatibility depends on the communication type (some are compatible, while others are not).
I previously purchased and tuned an E-RAM14-S model. Can I apply the exact same parameters when purchasing an E-RAM12-S?
No, the parameter values differ between the 14 series and the 12 series. Please search for your specific part number on the WOS (Web Ordering System) and download the correct parameters.
When using a Mitsubishi PLC with a Panasonic (pulse-type) driver, will the output position value match the input value?
Yes, as long as the tuning is performed properly, the command value and the actual feedback data will appear identical.
I want to control the driver using the C# language. Can you provide relevant materials, such as necessary commands or an SDK, to control the motor?
The driver cannot be directly controlled using a programming language. It must be controlled via an upper-level controller such as a PC or a PLC.
Alarm number 60 is displayed on the driver.
This error code occurs on Panasonic drivers when the basic parameters have not been configured. You can resolve this issue by searching for the corresponding part number on the EC (E-Catalog), downloading the parameter file, and uploading it to the driver.
